Who else cooks multiple meals on Sundays to get ready for the week? Today I made sauteed shrimp and scallops in garlic butter sauce, regular crispy fried chicken wings and honey mango habanero wings. I also made chicken Alfredo but it is not pictured. If you haven't tried shrimp with the head on then you are missing out. The head will soak up all the juices of the sauce that it is in. How you eat it is that you bite the head of the shrimp and you can chew on the head and suck out the juices that's inside and then discard the shell when you finish.
