Hey y’all!👋🏼 I’m Jodi

Just a little bit “about me” because that’s the thing to post right?!

I’m part of the 40+ wife & mom club

I’m a full time reseller from the Wild & Wonderful state of WV

I started reselling over 14 years ago by selling stuff around my house that I didn’t use any longer and about 6 years ago my health brought me home from the corporate world needing to find something to help pay the bills but give me the flexibility I needed to be able to focus on healing and being well

Reselling started as a until I’m better gig and turned into let me keep it up and see where it’s going thing…

While I am still not able to work a “normal” job outside of home- after weighing all the pros (and cons) working from home on my own schedule I’m not interested in doing so anytime soon

I’ve been discouraged from sharing my reseller life because it’s SO misunderstood and people think you’re taking clothes from those who can’t afford retail and need to rely on the thrift store…but that couldn’t be further from the truth! (a little looking into this claim will probably surprise you!)

Reselling has been a blessing for me & my family and I’m proud to be able to contribute to supporting my family financially

So here’s to sharing my journey of being a reseller & random life things along the way

ps: I also LOVE thrifting and can’t tell you the last time I bought clothing or shoes from a retail store-except for my $12 shorts from Amazon😉

If you’re wondering if you can do it…I’m here to tell you YES YOU CAN! Here’s how you start👉🏼1. Go around your house (don’t forget the attic and garage) and gather all the things you no longer use or need2. Create an account with ebay,poshmark,or mercari (or all three if you’re feeling adventurous) for ebay you do not need to have a store subscription3. Take pictures of the goodies you found! You don’t need fancy lights or background just make sure they’re clear and show the item details - don’t take just one picture- think of what you would like to see if you were looking at something to buy front,back,sides & measuremts 4. Upload the pictures and complete the description & info in the listing 5. Click on list and Wa-La!!! Congrats!- You’re now officially a reseller!! 💙ps: whatever you do don’t say “no one would buy this!” You’d be surprised!
