𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲: 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲

𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲—this candle captures the image of God's love for us all. In John 3:16 it is stated, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
We must understand Jesus Christ is the greatest gift of love—He is the embodiment of God's eternal love.

We are asked to love in the same way of our Creator. This season is a reminder of reflecting unconditional love to those who are in need of enlightment, we should sacrifice selfish tendencies, and follow our purpose of serving others.

𝗝𝗼𝘆 also known as the "Shepherd's Candle"—symbolizes how the shepherds felt overjoyed seeing Jesus at Bethlehem. This candle speaks of the joy we feel anticipating the return of Christ.

𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 symbolizes the presence of Jesus in our life, this candle reminds us of the impact our faith can create. God can make an appearance in any situatuon, He reminds us the future is bright ahead.

𝗟𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲-𝗕𝗮𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗡 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗧𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗲

La Consolacion College-Bais (LCC-Bais) has officially achieved a significant academic milestone: the registration of an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) for its official academic journal, Tolle Lege. This grand recognition, granted by the National Library of the Philippines, ensures that Tolle Lege is now acknowledged and accessible on an international level.

Tolle Lege (ISSN Online: 3028-2861) serves as the official journal of LCC-Bais, providing a platform for faculty and students to publish original research, critical reviews, and interdisciplinary studies across various fields. With the ISSN, the journal is now registered as a recognized academic publication.

According to one of the Research Advisers at LCC-Bais, the ISSN promotes greater “RVA”–Recognition, Visibility, and Accessibility. This recognition ensures the journal’s credibility in the academic community and increases its visibility and accessibility, allowing Tolle Lege to reach a wider audience and making its research more discoverable and impactful internationally. This development is expected to attain a higher range of quality research published in Tolle Lege.

LCC-Bais plans to broaden the scope of Tolle Lege by accepting research submissions from external contributors, especially from institutions without an official journal. Plans are also underway to create a dedicated website for improved accessibility. With the ISSN secured, those involved in Tolle Lege are committed to expanding and enhancing the journal, marking the beginning of an exciting new journey.
