The official Horror Host Hall of Fame The Horror Host Hall of Fame serves to permanently memorialize those who have made major contributio Gathering which is also part of the Hall of fame event.

This is the official Horror Host Hall of Fame, sponsored by Ripley's Believe It or Not museums. The Hall was founded in 2010 by Jason Hignite and has an annual induction ceremony held as part of the March Horrorhound Weekend event. Very cool news!

Did Someone Call?

So I was going to hang onto this news and announce it a bit later, but word is starting to leak so I'm going to go ahead and spill the beans - over the past few months I've been working with the Nashville Historical Commission and petitioned them to get a historical marker for Russ McCown, better-known as Nashville's horror host of the 70s and 80s, Sir Cecil Creape.

I was beyond thrilled when they approved the marker, and am stoked to see this happen for the city of Nashville. We're still wrapping up the details and don't have a date for the unveiling yet. More to come but this is great news for Music City!!

We are very sad to hear of the passing of Terry L. Bryd who was host Riggor Mortiss. Terry was a member of the class of 2022 and was very kind and wonderful person. Our thoughts are with his wife, family, friends and fans during this sad time.
