Over the past few months, The Vienna Sessions has been a journey of exploration and insight, featuring conversations with industry leaders who shared their expertise in the dynamic field of aquaculture, attracting more than 3000 viewers.

From Pamela Nath, Director of Sustainable Shrimp Partnership (SSP), shedding light on Ecuador's unique shrimp sector, to Gorjan Nikolik, Rabobank's seafood analyst, discussing key trends in salmon, shrimp, and marine ingredients, alongside other notable industry leaders, each episode has delved into critical aspects of the aquaculture industry.

In Episode 9, our final installment, Eduardo Yamash*ta, aqua technical manager LATAM at dsm-firmenich, joins Rob Fletcher, The Fish Site's senior editor, to explore the role enzymes play in enhancing feed digestibility and palatability amid declining marine ingredient levels in fish and shrimp diets.

As we wrap up this series, we want to express our gratitude for your support. The Vienna Sessions has been a collective effort to share knowledge and discover the vast opportunities within aquaculture. But, we're just getting started! Our quest for knowledge will continue, and we invite you to be a part of it. If you have suggestions for our next series, drop a comment and let us know who you'd like to see interviewed.
