Great weather continues thru the weekend with a slow warming trend, but the humidity will remain below normal for most of the next three days. Back to more typical July weather next week, but nothing extreme with daily rounds of scattered showers/t'showers.

Storms south will diminish by daybreak WED but more sct t'showers will develop during the day ahead of a cold front that will move thru late in the afternoon. Slightly cooler/much less humid air will move in behind the front leading to very nice weather THU thru SUN.

Showers/storms continue across the southern half of , but the storms have expanded a bit to the north over the past hour. An isolated severe storm is still possible, but flash flooding will be the main concern overnight across western Kentucky.

Another tornado has been confirmed from last week's storms. This is an EF1 touching down in rural Gibson County, just south of Francisco. This brings the Tri-State total to 8 tornadoes across Union, Posey, Gibson and Martin counties.

Heat Advisory Sunday through Monday evening for most of the Tri-State. Highs in the mid to possibly upper 90s with heat indices around 105. Scattered storms move in late Tuesday into early Wednesday, eventually knocking down the heat and humidity late next week.
