Actors tip of the night: Happy New Years btw!! Headshots need to show you in a different light for what you are submitting for. These photos range from ”Funny best friend and trusted neighbor” to “I’m going to bust you up.” Lol. You must have range for your agent to submit you for appropriate roles. No middle of the road photos. Have the best and productive 2024!! Go get it!

ACTORS tip of the night: (For parents of minors) I always feel like a mother Bear to all of my young students. I feel a few things need to be said to protect the kids and teens. As social media is geared towards teens, I want to say a few safety precautions to be in loop.

1) Never let your child (even if they are 17 or an older teen) message or submit to a project. No communication should happen between a minor and any production staff, director or anyone else. This is your responsibility to do. There are shady people, I’m afraid to say, and as a parent you are in control of these auditions and postings.

2) I know every parent of a child wants to create opportunities for their children. Do NOT fall prey into IG “promotional model” schemes. They want you to work for free and promote their products with a tiny percentage of revenue if you post a code. If anyone at all inboxes you that they “Have seen your profile and think they are a great match for their company” ..RUN. Unless you have 50k subscribers, this is a scam. They are taking advantage.

3) NEVER pay for your child to be part of a modeling event to showcase your child. This is only money to them and it will never showcase your child in the correct light. I know giving your child opportunities is all in love for them, but these will only drain your bank account and nothing the industry is made of. Please message me if confused on this because there are legit industry showcases that do charge a small fee but they are rare.

Sounds harsh I’m sure but wow I only hope to educate everyone if they want the stamina and true value of this industry. Love to all ❤️❤️

I am giving 2 scholarships to my film acting summer camp! This Monday begins the fun with my first of two summer camps for acting for film and tv for children and teens. 2 scholarships available. (All student’s already registered will be automatically entered into the drawing) If you read the details of the camp below, and are able to attend all 5 days.. you can enter for the scholarships. In Search of Love TV show has some exciting news to share!

When a ”new project” finally comes to light…it is only after endless hours, weeks or months that took it to that moment. I am always humbled and grateful for every new opportunity and moment. With great joy tonight, I can say the latest TV Series I created, “ Steel City Storytellers, Jus Sayin” will have its network tv debut of the pilot on the Pittsburgh CW on Feb 12. It is a show of live performances of impactful life stories on stage by Pittsburgh storytellers. Some are funny, some are emotional..but all are from the heart. The new stand up is what I call it. More details to come and I cannot thank the entire cast and crew and their families enough for allowing our time creating art to take up so much of your family time. Forever grateful and very excited 🎬❤️

An amazing moment tonight having the cast and crew screening of The Consumer. My life is working 70 plus hours a week, and when the commments come, “You’re really lucky.” Yes. So very fortunate, I just work really hard at being lucky 🍀 Such a great evening. Completely blessed.

Screening ticket sweepstakes!! CBS Films and Lionsgate have offered up some screening tickets to our friends here at Wright Road Productions! Here are the rules: You will receive 2 tickets, non transferable, to the screening this Tuesday at the Southside Works Cinema..screening begins at 7PM. There are so many wonderful writers and scripts, but now that your story is finished, what do you plan to do with it? How much will your film production cost?
