Every Thursday Night at 10:00 PM, at wybcx.com Road Trip! is a new show on WYBC Yale Radio that explores what role location plays in modern music.
Each week, the show will focus on music coming from from a certain region or city. Sometimes we'll find a scene of similar sounding bands. Other times we'll find an artist that sounds like no one else within a thousand miles. The question is, in the digital age, does it even matter where you're from anymore? Feel free to request particular cities/areas! Well, as long as they have a music scene. I can only work with North Dakota for so long.
