Rainy Saturday…shift at the brewery got cut and Boris is off to a concert tonight. I think it might be in the cards to wrap up our time in Night City, as bittersweet as it will be.

Happy Friday…I’ll be on for some cyberpunk shortly. We are getting VERY close to the end but I will be milking this till it’s over because I love it too much 🤪

After we finish our time in the year 2077 we will resume our normal content (whatever that is), but a few announcements regarding upcoming titles:

Alaskan Road Truckers (or whatever the hell they changed the name to last minute): looks a bit janky and isn’t giving me any confidence to spend money on this rather than just keep going with the trucking games I already have
City Skylines 2: is loaded with performance issues. My rig could *maybe* handle it but I’m not confident on higher population cities unless they come out with some optimization patches soon. I am on the fence and may return to CS1 if reviews continue to make me lean that way.

Always open to other game suggestions. We will get a night in for Party Animals and other multiplayer games as the weather gets colder!

I cant say thank you enough to those of you hanging out during the Cyberpunk streams and voting yes for me to continue steaming it.

I can rant and rave about this game, but as someone who is admittedly a more casual gamer, this game has my heart.

The storyline, the lore, the details, the way I feel I am truly fully immersed in Night City…this game is divisive, and rightfully so. It is often heavy and hard hitting. I truly believe what CDPR set out to achieve was next generation level gaming, and I think none of us truly know what that looks like. Despite the problematic launch, Cyberpunk tried to achieve something different. I will always give the developers props for that and while the game still (and always will), has room for improvement - if you have the equipment I highly recommend giving it another shot now.

I cant wait to continue this journey with you guys into Dogtown and beyond - let’s see what V’s ending will come to be 🩷
