Urgent Call for Judicial Review: Addressing Ethical Breaches and Bias in Pirate Group Leadership

Dear Members of the Pirate Group, We, a coalition of four captains, are compelled to address a matter of significant concern that not only impacts us personally but also jeopardizes the integrity of our judiciary system. This collective complaint is lodged against Judge Michelle, whose recent actions blatantly disregard the ethical standards and codes of conduct we are committed to upholding. We have observed that Judge Michelle has exhibited behavior that breaches the principles of impartiality and fairness expected in her judicial role. Notably, despite explicit measures taken to block her and prevent any form of unsolicited contact, Judge Michelle has continued to overstep these boundaries by tagging and contacting us, which constitutes harassment. Additionally, her handling of the case between Brock and Philly has previously been called into question for ethical violations, which we have formally reported. Furthermore, her recent decision to unblock another captain and tag her in a public vlog highlights a disturbing pattern of biased behavior and conflicts of interest, severely compromising her capacity to function impartially as a judge. Compounding these issues, Judge Michelle failed to include key individuals, former Captain Philly and April Marie, in the proceedings, despite April Marie's central role in instigating the chaos through her deceitful actions. This omission not only skews the fairness of the case but also prevents a comprehensive and just resolution. Given these concerns, we strongly urge the immediate assignment of an alternative judge for our upcoming proceedings to ensure fairness and prevent any bias. Moreover, we propose that a captains' meeting be scheduled at the earliest opportunity to discuss and consider the removal of Judge Michelle from her judicial position. We trust that the members of this group will grasp the seriousness of these issues and respond swiftly and decisively to maintain the high standards of trust and integrity we value in our community's judicial system.
