**Secret Recipe's new EP "Spirals" is OUT NOW on Wormhole Music Group!**

This EP took him a long time to write, and it comes from a very personal place. Each individual track represents a different aspect of a toxic pattern of behavior that he has found himself in over and over again, while the overall message of the EP focuses on breaking through this cycle and finding healthy new ways to cope with the mysteries of life and love.

This one means a lot to Secret Recipe, and we hope it means something to some of you too.
