Canada's very own Dinosaur Park and reptile sanctuary!

Isabelle and I took a road trip to just outside Peterborough today and what a cool place to visit it was!

From all manners of snakes, lizards and turtles, to the Tyrant King of the Lizards themselves! (T-rex) we had a blast and it was well worth a short road trip from

The Drive Through Dinosaur track was a really cool experience! I have to admit that I played the Jurrasic Park theme song the whole ride, and if you ever go there, you should too! It made it so much more nostalgic 🤣🤣

Canada's Dinosaur Park is a not-for-profit organization that houses tons of rescued and surrendered reptiles. All of the profits go directly to caring for the live animals (of which there are lots)

They even have a mini stone henge exhibit and mini golf!

I'd call day 4 of Daddy Camp a responding success!

Wobblin wacky rigged on a dropshot gets crushed!

I found a bunch of fish stacked at the bottom of an 8ft-16ft shelf and this guy hammered the Wacky rigged Wobblin the second the weight hit bottom!

Another YouTube milestone for me! Woohoo!

I wouldn't have the motivation to do it all if it weren't for some of the amazing comments of encouragement I get from people that have gotten real value from my videos, whether it was one of my how-to's, gear reviews, or just experiencing this wonderful hobby of fishing with me!

I also want to extend a big thank you to who is largely responsible for giving me access to almost all the kayak fishing related gear I use in all my kayak videos! They are Ontario's premiere paddleshop for a reason, and arguably the best stocked retailer in all of Canada for .us accessories!

I've also met a lot of amazing people and other creators along the way that have become good friends, and I may have never crossed paths if it weren't for YouTube. Most notably, my friend Alan from and Ben and Adam from , I highly recommend checking out their channels and they all make great and informative content!

3000 subscribers may not seem like a lot compared to many of the larger channels out there, but it's a big number for me. Thanks to all of you who watch and engage with the content I make there! Of all the things I do, making YouTube content is right there next to as my labour's of love! The next goal is 5000!

Two more sleeps until bass opens in most of southern Ontario!

Remember, if you're fishing on Lake Ontario this weekend, largemouth bass will be open, but smallmouth bass are closed for another three weeks until July 6th!

Whether you're in a boat, kayak or some other type of watercraft, be safe! Have all your safety gear and be aware of other people, it's always a crazy weekend.

Real talk here.. forward facing sonar is a controversial topic. People either love it, or they hate it. I haven't met even one person who has it, or has used it and still hates it.

For reference, I do not have any form of forward facing sonar, so there's no bias one way or the other. But personally, I can't wait to get my hands on Livescope.

I love being able to make a good cup of coffee on the ice!

My Windburner from is light, compact and easy to toss in my sled. It boils water super fast, so you can use it to make coffee, hot chocolate, your favorite brand of Ramen quick noodles or anything else you.kight need hot water in a hurry for!

Being able to make hot food and drinks when on the ice makes a cold day so much more enjoyable.

Gourmet Pizza, craft beer, is there a better combination?

I've been dying to try the Pizza at for a long time but could never find the opportunity. So when my friend, Alan, from and I planned a man date, I knew this was my shot.

I'm a big meatlovers pizza lover, and the Meatlovers from Riverhead set the bar. While the toppings and sauces were expectedly delicious, for me, it was the dough that was the show stopper. Not exactly thin crust, but far from your average pizza dough. However they do it at Riverhead yields a soft, mouthwatering pizza that I couldn't get enough of and yet, somehow is still firm enough to not be a floppy mess.

Paired with my favorite Campfire Amber, this is a pizza and a beer meal I'm looking forward to enjoying again

It's cold, but they're still biting!

Caught this guy on a
Salt n Pepper GLOW Triple Threat Grub rigged on a dropshot. This time of year it seems you need to slow waaay down to get them to bite.

On a side note, I almost had a heart attack when reviewing this picture to post on the gram. It looks like there's a huge crack in the front screen of my hatcam HERO10! Fortunately it was just a reflection...

I bought a bunch of new gear last season and barely got to use it because of the unusually mild winter we had last year.

Hopefully this season my Alpha will get to see a lot more hardware

I'll be in the Kayak until I'm walking on water!

Found this 29" sneaky pike hanging around some of the last green stuff in 8 feet of water trolling a Berkley Flicker Shad 6M. He hit it like a truck too!

While I was fishing to harvest, that day I was targeting walleye so this lucky water wolf lived to terrorize more perch... for the time being.

I recent got to hang out in my .kayak Coosa FD from with my buddy Alan of , who ended up ALSO picking up a brand new Coosa FD Mk4 this year!

We had a great time on the water and while it was a struggle at times with blue bird skies and the sun beating down, we managed a few nice fish each!

I got to spend a beautiful morning on the water at Charleston Lake today with this awesome lady and, of course, the Greaser!

Christine Lapeer operates the charity program, and she helps teach First Responders how to use fishing as a form of therapy to help cope with mental health injuries.

She has helped members from Law Enforcement, Paramedics, Correctional Officers, Military and more realize the mental health benefits of fishing.

The theory behind fishing therapy is mostly anecdotal right now, but if you enjoy any form of fishing, you already know how amazing it can be to boost your mood justing being around the water and in nature, even when you're not catching anything.

Fortunately, more and more studies are being conducted every year that come to this conclusion, and with the science to back it up!

Greg has been my Go-To guy at Braden Ford since 2016 when I bought my first F-150, and we've been clients of his ever since. He's never steered us wrong and has always taken care of my wife and I whenever we needed anything from the dealership.

Looking forward to all the fishing trips I'll put under the wheels of this Silver Bullet!

It will soon be time to say goodbye to this beauty.

These wheels have taken me lots of places, drove down lots of back roads to some beautiful lakes and played some bangin tunes.

I practically live in my truck (which is why it always seems to be in such a state of dissarray) so the creature comforts of my F150 FX4 from are huge for me.

But all good things come to an end. Fortunately, something new and exciting will take its place next week so stay tuned to see what it is!

Until then, I'll enjoy the last of every kilometer I get in this bad boy.
