9 WAYS TO BOND WITH YOUR SPOUSE...

1. Learn to pray together. It helps you and your marriage beyond the physical things that your eyes can see.

2. Talk effectively and lovingly. You must both be patient and positive when it comes to communication.

3. Forgive each other generously.
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:32‬ ‭KJV‬‬
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

4. Play together. Don't behave officially when relating with each other. Release yourself to enjoy each others company.

5. Befriend each other. Act and talk as friends. If this is already lost. Find it and bring it back to live.

6. Have a date to connect regularly. Many couples are too busy that they have left investing in their marriages. Go out together, take a stroll and walk together.

7. THHK is also a game charger. Touch each other, hold and hug, then kiss. That's THHK.

8. Rule 222 is good for catching up and relaxing together. Every 2 weeks, invest 2 hours into your relationship. Every 2 months, invest 2 days and 2 weeks at least every 2 years.

9. Be intentional to spice up your romance life. Pay attention to your bedroom. It's your power house. Make love with your spiuse. Don't allow a crack that the devil can take advantage of.

It will be difficult, but let's DEAL WITH IT & do the mature, principle-driven work to resolve conflicts and create an emotionally safe and harmonious environment in our homes.
