Fluffy Doughnuts Recipe
♡Ingredients used♡
》 ¼ cup of sugar
》 1 egg (room temp)
》150 ml of warm milk
》4 tbsp butter. Add 3 tbsp. of melted butter first. The remaining 1 TB is to be used later when kneading.
》10 grams of instant yeast
》3 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour .¼ a cup of flour to be set aside for spreading the dough later.
》½ tsp salt .
Nb salt to be added as the last ingredient so as not to slow down growth of yeast in your donut dough.

~150 g non salted butter
~½ Cup granulated brown sugar
~ ¼ cup powdered sugar \ icing sugar
~2 room temp egg
~2 teaspoons vanilla extract
》 (in a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients )
~2½ cups of all-purpose flour
~2½ tsp salt
~250g chocolate chips
Refrigerate for 1 hour before baking
preheat the oven to 190 degrees c
bake for 12 minutes
