I needed a gentle reminder this morning

April has shown us some rough moments!

moments of testing my faith, testing my trust in humanity, testing my heart vs my head, and had me questioning my overall ability.

11 short (yet very long stressful) days had me questioning so much!

Last night, I had to make the conscious effort to stop the thought process. Break the cycle of how do I make this better? What did I do wrong? And I tried to find the lesson. I tried to find the positive in the stress.

This morning was a good reminder of the positive path of chaos.

I learned just last month my anxiety is channeled through my step! Can you believe that?!? Well the specialist sure the heck called it with asking if I blow through the big toe on my shoes?
