JahWilz Productions formerly, Ajamu Records was born from the concept that Western Jamaican Artistes (whether in the UK, US or Jamaica) do not get the credit and exposure they deserve. The company was formed in August 2006 with a vision to seek out and find new ways of bringing these artistes and their music to the wider public. Jahwilz Productions offers independent original artists the opportuni

ty to record, release and promote with an established and experienced label; enabling them to compete in the digital market place on the same basis as 'signed acts'. Please note that Jahwilz Productions only works with Reggae (Dancehall and One Drop), R’n’B and Hip Hop, we do not work with techno or heavy metal and thrash/speed metal etc. Jahwilz Productions arranges recording, overdubbing and mastering sessions, creates a range of bespoke promotional material such as photo, video and on-line bios, reviews etc. We work with some of the best and most cost effective UK pressing and PR companies to manufacture and promote its products and artists. Do not send in your material without contacting the label first and then only send original work.
