My MIL searched everywhere for me for a studio that had the little Korean king outfit 🥺 so thankful for her because these are my favorite!!

Omg forgot to post these! From Ian’s 1st birthday party 🎉♥️

Thank you everyone who came! We weren’t planning on doing anything big, since we had literally just moved into our new house the day before, and you know, the pandemic. Just family and maybe a few close friends. But as we were inviting people, we realized we might not fit in the restaurant room 😂

We are so blessed to have so many family members and friends who live close by ✨ with whom we are able to share these special moments.

2021 was seriously one of the happiest years of my life. I grew so much as a mom, wife, and daughter. I watched Ian grow so fast and experience so many new things. Saw how much changed and molded into the amazing father he is. We’ve got so much more to learn and so much more room to grow, I can’t wait to see where we’ll be by the end of 2022! Happy new year everyone ✨

Loooove how his skin feels and smells like after baths 😍 baby smell is the best smell in the world.

We trialed a few different brands of baby shampoo + lotions, some are decent and some were bad for Ian, but so so glad for !!
⠀
Their All Over Ointment and Everyday Lotion are my all time favorites! I think for cradle cap and teething babies, the AOO is a life saver. When Ian’s cheeks get chapped (non stop drooling!), I apply the AOO on a few times a day and the next day he’s as good as new 😁

We also used their sunscreen on our trip to Mexico and ordered the diaper paste to try and hair detangler for my niece! Will see how it works for her but I’m sure it’ll be awesome 💛

My all time favorite photo of Ian 😂

It was so hot we had to take off his onesie. He looks really hot and chinky, but that little smile is so precious 😁 (don’t worry, we kept him very well hydrated!💧)

Make sure you take extra milk/water for baby when you’re out in the sun! Babies need about 50% more fluids when out in the sun ☀️

On our first day in Cancun! 🏝

Ian’s first international trip and our first family trip with Chris’s family 💚

Thankfully the flight is only 2 hrs from home, but Ian is usually so so good in planes! ✈️
⠀
My biggest tips traveling with infants:
* if possible, try to fly during baby’s nap time or bedtime. That way, he’ll be sleeping most of the time 😁
* bring a baby carrier!! If you didn’t buy a ticket for baby and the plane is full, you can’t take the car seat in with you… carrier will save you 👍🏼
* bring pacifier cleaner wipes with you, so if a paci or toy falls on the floor, you don’t have to get up and go to the bathroom to rinse it. These wipes work really well!

I really miss going out on walks at the park but it’s been so unbearably hot and humid, we haven’t gone out in so long 😣

Any ideas on how to keep a 8 month old alive and entertained at home?! I feel like he’s getting bored of his toys already lol

When Ian was born I told myself I was going to keep posting photos and videos so that I’d have a nice little photo journal to go back to. (Instead of having a billion random photos in my gallery) Well it’s been almost 8 months and I’ve only posted a handful of times 😂😭

Seriously don’t know how other moms do it. 👏 It seems like such an easy thing to do, but with everything else going on… I’d rather be taking a nap or watching Netflix, which is what I usually do hahah 😅

Anyway, I realized I never shared this comparison! Ultrasound when I was around 5 months pregnant, and when he was 6 days old 💖
