Heartbreaking news today: A seven-year-old girl with autism at the center of an AMBER Alert has been found dead in Douglas Lake.

She reportedly went missing in the Indian Creek Road and Skyview Way area.

It’s Reggie’s Gotcha Day! 🐈‍⬛🤍 One year ago, I brought home this silly, sick kitty. He didn’t even weigh a pound yet! I only intended to foster him until he was big and healthy enough to be adopted, but I couldn’t say goodbye. 🩷 He and Archie are the best of friends! Highly recommend adopting and fostering shelter animals. 😊

It’s the last day at WVLT for Meteorologist Paige Noel. 🥲 Very bittersweet! So excited for her next chapter, but I’m going to miss debriefing about reality TV and Taylor Swift every morning. 🩷 wish her luck!!

Just had the best night ever!! 🤍

I found out THIS MORNING I snagged tickets to the taping of Dolly’s Smoky Mountain DNA special at the Bijou. Only about 700 people were in the theater, and Dolly had full conversations with us in between songs. It was MAGICAL!

We weren’t allowed to take pictures or video inside, but I’ll never forget this experience. ☁️☁️ on cloud 9!

Joey Chestnut will be in town Saturday to compete against six other competitive eaters and Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs. The winner takes $10,000.

For perspective, the world record is held by Gideon Oji for TWO POUNDS of bologna in 52 SECONDS.

My goodness, what an incredible night!! 🪩✨ Dancing for the Horses Horse Haven of Tennessee was amazing! I got to play Barbie in my dance, who is one of my icons everyday. 😊

A huge thank you to WVLT for getting me out of my comfort zone for a great cause and Vantage Point for sponsoring me. I’m so blessed to have supportive coworkers, friends and family who came out to cheer for me.

And it goes without saying, a huge THANK YOU to Go Dance and my wonderful partner Adam Bracken for leading us on the dance floor. 💃
