India's rapidly expanding airline, Akasa Air, has announced its entry into the international market with operations from Doha, Qatar, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. Commencing on March 28, 2024, Akasa Air will operate four weekly non-stop flights connecting Mumbai to Doha, bolstering air connectivity between the two countries.

Flight bookings are now open on Akasa Air's official website, offering return fares starting at QR1,272. With a robust presence in 20 cities across India, the launch of services to Qatar signifies the airline's strategic expansion plans.

The airline's schedule includes four non-stop flights per week, operating on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Departing from Doha at 8:40 PM local time, flight QP71 will arrive in Mumbai at 2:45 AM the following day. Conversely, the Mumbai-Doha flight, QP70, will depart at 5:45 PM, reaching Doha at 7:40 PM. This new route reflects Akasa Air's commitment to enhancing global connectivity and providing convenient travel options for passengers.
