There is no way anyone can say Kamala Harris lost this debate.
One barometer: Did either candidate win over any new voters/Independents?
I don't know that Trump won any new voters. I don't know how he could. After years and years of saying he would get ride of Obamacare, when asked if he had a plan to replace Obamacare, he said "I have CONCEPTS of a plan".
Question: Has Kamala won over any new voters? Women, perhaps?
