My brand new single “Worth It” is out via DMY Artists TODAY 🫶 and I am muy muy delightidio. Co-written and produced with the utter legend that is Gabriel Gifford, this song was shockingly conjured up in very same bleak January Zoom session as Floods. Clearly I had a wee bit to get off my chest.
It’s about desperately wanting - no, *needing* - a new lover to stop with the over-therapised, self-protective BS that holds us back from the possibility of love!!! P.S. don’t expect me to fall into any gendered expectations of what a woman should do (e.g. give birth, be a peacemaker) in a relationship x
I love it so much but I maybe love the cover art more? The wonderful 3D artist Chloe Karnezi made yet another work of metahuman genius and I can now reveal it’s part two of a triptych which brings me to my next announcement….
This killer track is actually part of a BRAND NEW EP - “Flutters” - which will be dropping in its entirety this July 🦋
