THE INSPIRING STORY OF DHL

In 1969, 3 young men decided to start their delivery business with the few resources they had.
*1. ADRIAN DALSEY*
*2. LARRY HILLBLOM*
*3. ROBERT LYNN* ....whose initials formed *DHL* will revolutionize this industry.

*55 years* later today DHL owns
♤250 planes.
♤ 32,000 vehicles.
♤ 550,000 employees and today DHL is present almost everywhere in the world.

Revenues are estimated at hundreds of billions of dollars.

*In life, surround yourself with people who talk about projects, business, success, dreams, goals.....not negative, fearful, lazy people.*

```If your friend refuses to join you in starting a business, it's not a friend.```
```If your brother refuses to support you to progress in your business... he's not a brother.```

If you got into business... hold on strong... it took 55 years for DHL to be DHL.

Success takes time, effort, intelligence and focus.

Be inspired to do more today🌹🌹🌹.

Should and Must:
Have you ever gotten confused while using the terms “should” and “must”? Both of them are modal auxiliary verbs in English, where modal verbs are used to express ability, necessity, conditionality, possibility, and permission.

“Should” is used to express conditionality, whereas “must” is used to express a strong obligation. Today, we learn about the difference between “should” and “must.”

The word “should” is the past form of the verb “shall.” It is also a modal verb and has different meanings that vary with the context of the sentence. It is often used to express conditionality, advice, obligation, duty, or correctness, and is also used to express wishes or desires.

Fashion Sakala Secondary School soon to be completed!

The Saudi Arabia based striker Fashion Sakala has revealed that he's constructing a boarding school that will be handed over to the Government very soon.

Construction of the Fashion Sakala Secondary School began in September 2021.

"I have a strong belief in the transformative power of education to unlock opportunities and pave the way for a brighter future for the children of Zambia," Sakala said.

The Secondary School consists of 14 classrooms, seven offices, 15 teachers' houses, 2 blocks of boarding houses for scholars and a Dining Hall.

While thanking his family for the support, Sakala said, "I would also like to express my gratitude to the government and the incredible Mbenjere community for coming together and supporting my dream."

Sakala will visit the school project for the first time and reconnect with the Mbenjere community this June.

This guy's heart of loving and giving back to the community is really golden 🤎

LEARNING GRAMMAR WITH UNCLE ALIBESTDIARIES.🙏🏽

Everyday' vs. 'Every Day'
(A simple trick to keep them separate)

They're two of the most-confused words in English. Here's a simple method to sort them out.

-The choice between everyday, one word, and every day, two words, depends on how it's used.
-Everyday, one word, is an adjective meaning "used or seen daily," or "ordinary."
E.g (1) The phone calls were an everyday occurrence.
- Every day, two words, is an adverb meaning "daily" or "every weekday.
E.g(1) They go to the shopping Mall every day.
-One trick to remember which is which is to see if you can put another word between "every" and "day," as in "every single day." If you can, you want the two-word adverb.

Good morning and have a fruitful Tuesday 🙏🏽.

LEARN WITH UNCLE'S ALIBESTDIARIES👏
LET'S GET IT RIGHT! FARTHER AND FURTHER

Further and farther are two words that look and sound very similar and which have almost identical meanings. To that effect, it’s easy to get them mixed up in both speech and writing. In short, further and farther both mean to a greater distance or extent. However, farther means a greater distance in a literal, physical sense i.e. it can be measured, whereas further is a greater figurative or metaphorical distance. Both words can be used as adverbs or adjectives. Frankly, mixing them up is probably not the biggest mistake you can make, as the rules around further and farther have become something of a gray area in modern language. But knowing the difference and using the words correctly is nevertheless important.
Definitions
The simple definitions of further and farther are both terms that mean more far, which is a grammatically incorrect phrase (that’s why we use further/farther) but does offer a succinct explanation of the definitions. Anyway, let’s look at the common dictionary definitions:
= (adverb/adjective) at or to a greater distance or more advanced point.
= (adverb/adjective) to a greater degree or extent.
So, it’s quite easy to understand. Farther means more advanced in the sense of physical distance:E.g
(1)We will travel 10 miles farther on the highway, then we will stop.
(2)How much farther to New York, Dad?
(3)The farther north we go, the colder it gets.
means more distance in the sense of non-physical/metaphorical distance:E.g
(1)We will go no further with this conversation.
(2)The family plunged further into debt that year.
(3)I’d like to go a little further into the details tomorrow.
Following the examples and differences between further and farther above is quite simple, but we can run into two main problems:
It’s not always clear when we mean a physical or non-physical distance.
For example, if you are reading a book, and wanted to read more, would you be reading further or farther? You could, perhaps, argue for both cases, as you are travelling metaphorically through the book, but also moving down the page and passages, which is technically a physical distance. It’s certainly tricky:
We got no farther than the third page, then gave up.
I will go no further with James Joyce’s Ulysses – it’s obscene.
Both examples are correct, but they also enter a gray area, one that linguists could debate about for days. In that sense, it’s not worth worrying too much when there is doubt over further and farther.

‭2 Chronicles 7:14 NIV‬
[14] if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Let's push each other up and not pull each down.🙏🙏
Remember this Kenyan runner Abel Mutai who was just a few feet from the finish line, but became confused with the signage and stopped, thinking he had completed the race. A Spanish runner, Ivan Fernandez, was right behind him and, realizing what was happening, started shouting at the Kenyan to continue running. Mutai didn't know Spanish and didn't understand. Realizing what was taking place, Fernandez pushed Mutai to victory.

A journalist asked Ivan, "Why did you do that?" Ivan replied, "My dream is that someday we can have a kind of community life where we push and help each other to win."
The journalist insisted "But why did you let the Kenyan win?" Ivan replied, "I didn't let him win, he was going to win. The race was his." The journalist insisted, and again asked, "But you could have won!" Ivan looked at him and replied, "But what would be the merit of my victory? What would be the honor in that medal?
What would my Mother think of that?"

Values are passed on from generation to generation.

What values are we teaching our children?

Let us not teach our kids the wrong ways and means to WIN.
Instead, let us pass on the beauty and humanity of a helping hand. Because honesty and ethics are WINNING!
