Seeking advice on dealing with my housekeeper.
I've only recently used a housekeeper, for a few months. I just can't keep up with everything. I have 2 dogs, a cat a 7 year old, and a not so neat husband. She comes every other week and I clean in between. Heck, all I ever do is clean but I've been leaving the scrubbing and mopping for her.
I just got home after she JUST left. We carved pumpkins last night and there's still parts of pumpkin guts dried up on my counter and table (I cleaned all the dishes and the bulk of the mess from it).
This photo is what I just swept in my bedroom. Idk if she vacuums or sweeps (or neither), but she didn't even touch under the furniture or in the corners. She doesn't change the sheets, is that normal? Even if I set out a clean set.
I've never met her in person, I try to stay out of her way. I'm non confrontational so I really dread having to bring this up, but what do I say? Or do I just move onto another housekeeper?

What am I doing wrong?
I can’t get this white film off my oven, I cleaned it with oven cleaner and it didn’t come off. So I made a baking powder and water paste let it sit 12 hours it got all the grim off but still has this white coating on it!! I tried to wash off with dawn and just vinegar and it’s not helping.

How do you clean these loopy straws?
My daughter is autistic and will only drink her protein milk with these loopy straws but they are near impossible to clean!
I always rinse them out with hot water immediately after she is done drinking but sometimes other people forget to rinse so then they get really gross. I've tried soaking in hot water and dawn, tried vinegar and of course straw brushes cant clean the entire straw.
