Michael McGehee:
A Music Business graduate from Belmont University, Michael has opened and operated his own studio, inspired by his previous employments on Music Row in Nashville. A 5-year member of the Recording Academy, he's written and recorded hundreds of songs, notably winning him Top Finalist Songwriting Award at Berklee College of Music. He has worked at Artist Management Company McGhee En
tertainment and also Publishing Company Love Monkey Music. Michael has scored both commercials and films, including Western Digital and New York Producer, Louise Bylicki. Currently working as a producer and talent scout for Poolside Entertainment in Studio City Los Angeles. Michael is excited about working with new talent and continues to write and record full-time. A classically trained pianist since age four, Ben McGehee studied at Tulane University & graduated from Lehigh University after transferring there as a result of Hurricane Katrina. At Lehigh, Ben was the recipient of the Glen Gould award, and graduated with honors in music performance in both jazz and classical studies. Ben has been a member of the National Recording Academy for over five yers, and has been playing piano and singing for a living for the past six years, most notably at Pat O'Briens piano bar in New Orleans. Creator of the popular "NapkinsFromWork" blog (http://pianoman504.tumblr.com), he enjoys challenging himself with new musical endeavors in recording and songwriting.
