Earlier this month I shot still photography and did lighting for album cover. The release date for the album is July 4th, 2025.
We had a fun time creating this unique look and feel for the client.
- Since I mostly shoot Motion images as a Cinematographer- this was fun to capture stills( frame by frame). I shot Manuel everything.
Camera:
Lens: 35mm F 1.4
(Distagone)
Sticks: still head: kaiser camera plate: novaflex
Lighting: Diva 401 (X2)
1 1x1 Daylight panel
1 Locater with intensifier
I use CTO on all lights to create a warm cinetimatic look.

This past week was a great day on set! I was on a

We used X 2 Deluxe Boxer kits. Diffuser on the - 1/2 and 1/4 and 20/60 Eggcrate(for A Roll Interview).
Tons of - Digital Baby's (X2), Beefy Baby's (X2) and tons of Century Stands. Also used a 400 Diva as backlight
All American day except we used one LED in the car scene for B-Roll. ALSO CTS for the that early morning look of sunlight through the kitchen window over the sink.
