Just finished a live recording with the amazing Will Liverman and Oakland Symphony under the adept direction of Kedrick Armstrong. I recorded "Zoom" and "Two Black Churches" by Shawn Okpebholo in 3D audio. I could not have done this without assistance from Heidi Trefethen, Johann Josen and Julian Mendoza (not to mention the crew at Paramount Theatre)! Just finished a week of guest-teaching Tonmeister students at Royal Danish Academy of Music, thanks to Jesper Andersen! In addition to private lessons, we recorded two different piano trios in two different concert halls in the building (formerly owned by Danish Radio). Students can choose from different spot microphones and experiment with immersive mixes too.

Back after a LONG travel day, and basking in the glow of successful recording sessions with Filharmonie Bohuslava Martinů and Benjamin Loeb musician (and a pianist who isn't on social media). Three concerti are in the can - Ravel, Liszt no. 1 and Chopin Andante spianato et grande polonaise. We also had a video session for promo, celebrating afterwards with šampaňské, makový závin and jablkový závin!
