: Here is the list of Jubilee Pilgrim Churches in the Archdiocese of Lipa released by the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines on Nov. 4, in celebration of Jubilee 2025:
1. Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish St. John the Baptist - Lian, Batangas (Lian, Batangas)
2. San Antonio De Padua -Santo Casamenteiro Parish, Nasugbu, Batangas (Kaylaway, Nasugbu, Batangas)
3. Immaculate Conception Parish, Balayan, Batangas (Balayan, Batangas)
4. Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of St. Raphael the Archangel (Calaca City, Batangas)
5. Minor Basilica and Parish of St. Martin of Tours (Taal, Batangas)
6. Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Caysasay (Labac, Taal, Batangas)
7. Minor Basilica and Parish of the Immaculate Conception and Archdiocesan Shrine of Sto. Nino ng Batangan (Batangas City)
8. St. Paul the Apostle Parish (Isla Verde, Batangas City)
9. Archdiocesan Shrine & Parish of St Joseph the Patriarch (San Jose, Batangas)
10. Archdiocesan Shrine & Parish of St. James the Greater (Ibaan, Batangas)
11. Archdiocesan Shrine & Parish of St. Vincent Ferrer (Banay-banay, Lipa City)
12. Metropolitan Cathedral of San Sebastian (Lipa City)
13. Divino Amor Church (Lipa City)
14. St. Therese of the Child Jesus Parish (Talisay, Lipa City)
15. Parish and National Shrine of Saint Padre Pio (San Pedro, Sto. Tomas)
The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) said these churches will serve as places of pilgrimage for the special “time of spiritual renewal and grace for the universal Church.”
“These sacred sites will offer the faithful an opportunity for deeper reflection, conversion, and the experience of God’s infinite mercy,” said Pablo Virgilio Cardinal David, CBCP President.
Since many cannot travel to Rome for a pilgrimage, bishops worldwide designated their cathedrals and shrines as special places of prayer for pilgrims.
“These designated places will offer opportunities for reconciliation, indulgences, and other events intended to strengthen and revive faith,” said Msgr. Bernardo Pantin, CBCP secretary general.
