My Swiss chard is ready to be harvested.

I boiled some peeled potatoes, sautéd a medium onion and added to pan with olive oil. I washed and cut the greens off the stalk and chopped up, added to sautéd onion, cooked together and stirred until greens cooked down (about two to three minutes) added more olive oil and then added potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, mix and serve. This made a delicious lunch for me today!
