Be sure to add Benguela Cove Adventure Golf & Splash to your ‘hit’ list when you visit Hermanus. There is so much for the whole family. Delicious food at exquisite restaurants, 18-hole pirate themed adventure golf, a water play area, boat trip and a fun drive to the lagoon.

We were recently on holiday in Hermanus and stumbled upon the Overberg BMX track while going for a cycle down the street. We took the opportunity to catch it on camera.

The Overberg BMX club is situated behind Hermanus High school at the Hermanus sports club. The track was recently completed when the SA Cup was held in Hermanus.

The track is on the WC BMX racing calendar and races are held at least once a month. There is an annual membership available or a donation is accepted for non-club members.

We visited Gold Reef City with our cousins near the end of last year. There were loads of thrill rides and fun rides and definitely something for everyone.

WASHING HANDS🖐🏻🧼| It's never too early to teach kids about washing their hands correctly! Now more than ever, it's important to start them young and teach them little by little about proper hygiene to keep themselves and others safe!

It's important to remind children to wash their hands after using the bathroom, before eating, after touching pets, after playing outside, and after coughing, sneezing, or blowing their noses.
