We only have a few days left to decline to sign and spread the word to keep this dangerous amendment from ever making it on our November ballot!

Decline to sign the petition for the Arkansas Abortion Amendment!

The ambiguity of the language in the amendment would change our state constitution to allow unregulated abortion on demand in the state of Arkansas—for any reason.

Spread the word, decline to sign, and together, we can women and the unborn in Arkansas.

This amendment has received and will need approximately 90,000 signatures from across the state in order to guarantee a limited right to abortion in the state. The group backing this amendment is sinisterly calling themselves “Arkansans for Limited Government.” This is a deceitful attempt to get conservative voters to sign the petition and ultimately vote for this measure under the guise of voting for things like limited government and second amendment rights in Arkansas....

With the history of abortion clinics failing to report s*xual abuse with their "don't ask, don't tell" policy, the Abortion Amendment would make it easy for s*x traffickers and rapists to continue their abuse of young girls.
Under the Abortion Amendment, minors are no longer required to have parental consent to get an abortion.
The state will not even be able to require
"mandated reporters" to report suspected child abuse.
We believe that this Abortion Amendment is too extreme for Arkansas.
The way to help fight s*x trafficking in Arkansas is to decline to sign the petition to get the Abortion Amendment on the November ballot.
