#transfromation I used to despise veggies and had this loving relationship with my couch. I was sick twice a month and felt unmotivated for EVERYTHING. I literally just got so sick and tired of being sick and tired all the damn time and it was a clear sign that things needed to change. One that was purely for me and my mental health. I made a promise to do something beneficial for ME every single day. I wanted to love myself the way I try and love everyone else. I used to think there are “shortcuts” but consistency really is the only way. Even the small baby steps count. It’s being patient with myself and educating myself on what makes my body feel good and not over doing anything. Nourishing my body with a balanced diet + movements = 🫶🏽 Part of me really wanted to see what would happen if I didn’t give up! And man it’s been a journey #selflove #model #eurasian
