What I love so much about campussing is that even though I often don‘t make it to the top it always leaves me feeling super happy and content because I know it was still an awesome exercise and it’s just so much fun 😊
Adapting this playful mindset more into my climbing sessions is something I‘ve been trying to work on lately. I definitely used to get way too frustrated if I wasn‘t able to send a lot and often went home feeling weak and unsatisfied with my peformance. But that path is only gonna lead us downhill, at least I tend to climb way harder and try more when I am in a good mood 😄
So keep in mind that even though we might not finish all the problems in the cosmos all the time, every moment we spend on the wall is still gonna help us improve our skills and make us stronger. Most importantly climbing can be so much fun! Isn’t that why we all started it in the first place? ❤️

Pretty much every move needs a lot of fingerstrength, bodycontrol-and tention and it definately stays thrilling til the end (we all know those kind of problems where you keep falling on the last move am I right? )
