Wow, Macau. You’ve evolved so much through the years. Wish we had more time to visit the other newest spots like Fisherman’s Wharf and Senado Square. The funny thing is, this is my 2nd time in Macau but, I haven’t been to the ruins 🤣 We’ll stay longer next time.

Nabudol nanaman po ako sa Tiktok ng Buy 1 Take 1 brand day ng hahaha. So many girls are raving about the lip tints so I got curious and took advantage of the sale. 🤣

And since I missed shooting and styling products. Na excite ako to practice again. Here’s my output using my Sony ZV E10 edited in Lightroom.

A gift. From me to me. 🥹 It was 2017 when I sold my first Fuji mirrorless camera. Truly heartbreaking but it was for a good cause.

For all these years I have relied mostly on borrowed cameras to do food photography professionally when I still had some time to accept clients.

HOW WE ALMOST MISSED OUR FLIGHT TO SINGAPORE 😭

(Stressful first out of the country after the pandemic)

JAN 2023

We arrived 2 hrs early for our flight. Everything is going well, nakapag bayad na ng travel tax at nakapasok na kami agad sa check-in counters to get the tickets.

I approached the counter and gave them our passports and BOQ card (yung booklet ng vaccines).

Ceb Pac crew: (pinacheck sa kasamahan nya yung vaccines namin)

(Ako kinakabahan na bakit? Anong meron?)

“Ma’am, need nyo pa pong magpa RTPCR test kasi isa lang po yung Pfizer nyo na booster. “

(We have 1 sputnik vaccine and Pfizer na booster) Nabasa ko naman sa travel advisory na di talaga kasama sa list ang sputnik but meron din kasing nakalagay na if you have a Pfizer booster pwede.

Crew: Ma’am, need po kasi na dalawang Pfizer ang booster para iallow kayong mag travel. Magpa RTPCR TEST nalang po kayo doon. (May booth mismo sa NAIA)

Dahil wala kaming choice. Agad agad kaming nagpa RTPCR test and paid P500 each. Sabi sa amin 15-30 mins bago makuha result. Okay so we waited patiently pero while waiting nagbibilang kami ng oras 45 mins nalang flight na namin.

After namin ma swab, ito nanaman may problema.

25 mins na nakalipas napansin namin na wala yung taong nag test sa amin eh sya din yung nagrerelease ng results. 😱

Sabi nung cashier: “Ma’am, may pinuntahan lang po babalik din un”

“ATEEEE FLIGHT NA NAMIN IN A FEW MINS”
😭😭😭

Talagang hindi ko na tinigilan si ate. Ate pwede po bang p**i contact yung kasama nyo kasi malapit na po ang boarding namin need pa namin dumaan ng immigration.

AT DUMATING NA NGA SI KUYA!!

ETO NAA….

IMMIGRATION SCENARIO NAMAN
(di pa natatapos ang stress natin sis)

Pagdating sa immigration sobrang haba ng pila.
Sabi ko, wala na baka hnd na talaga umabot. Nag iisip na ako ano need kong gawin. Magrerebook ba? Clueless ako kasi first time to nangyari sa amin sa history ng mga travels ko dati.

Nagtanong mama ko sa isang employee kung san pwede pumila kasi malapit na ang flight namin. Kung may kasama kang PWD or bata pwede naman palang pumila din sa Foreign Passport holders.

So pumila na kami. Mahaba din naman ang pila at may 1% chance pang umabot.
PERO eto na nga. Napansin namin na hnd gumagalaw yung pila. (Talaga nga naman pag minamalas ka hahahaha)

DOWN DAW ANG SYSTEM NILA!!

Sa mga oras na to dasal nalang talaga. Kung kaloob ni Lord makaalis, makakaalis kami.
Pero kung hindi, okay lng naman. May reason si Lord sa lahat ng bagay.

Mga 15 minutes nalang at magsasara na ang baording gate, naririnig na namin na niraradyo na pangalan namin. Nang biglang umokey yung system nila unti unti na gumalaw yung pila.

At this point, nagkaroon pa ako uli ng kaunting pag asa.

Sa IO, naging smooth nalang ang lahat although bago kasi yung passport ko with my married name and first time uli mag travel kaya nung sinearch sa system wala pang history of travel.

So sinabi ko yung maiden name ko at naging okay na kasi nakita na nya yung travel history.

Nakalagpas na kami sa IO at THANK GOD umabot kami bago mag sara ang boarding gate.
🎉🎉🎉 WHEW! (Hingal kami kakatakbo)

Yung akala mo okay na ang lahat, naalala ko yung stroller bag ng anak ko na naglalaman ng milk at diapers nya. Nung chneck namin sa overhead bins, WALA! OMG HAHAHAHA. Hindi parin natapos ang stress!

At ayun na nga naiwan namin sya sa airport sa sobrang pagmamadali!

Good thing pag may nawala sa airport mapupunta sya sa Lost and Found. Pero naconfirm lang namin na nadoon nga nung nakauwi na kami ng pinas.

We arrived safe in SG and nag enjoy parin naman kahit maulan.

⚠️MORAL OF THE STORY⚠️

📌Basahing maigi Travel Requirements ng pupuntahang bansa
📌 Huwag ihiwalay ng bagahe ang essentials lalo na kung para sa bata
📌 Maghanda ng Plan B. Mas better kung may nakahandang extra money in case need mag rebook.
📌 Mas agahan ang punta sa airport bago ang flight.
📌 At huli, huwag kalimutang MAGDASAL. Hindi mo hawak ang mga pagsubok pero our God is bigger than our problems. He can turn difficult situations to a positive one.
