This drink is a pregnant woman’s dream. I loved that it wasn’t overly sweet either. It gave me all the flavor of a great cocktail, but without the alcohol. I think it’s the mint and lime.

My baby shower weekend was a success & everyone was in awe of the cake! Prima’s Bakery made the online ordering process super easy and the cake tasted delicious!!! They also delivered to the location, which this mama appreciated. ❤️❤️

Happy New Year!! We’re still in the first full week of January so I can say it. The weather has been super chilly so I’m staying warm with some love in a bowl! Thanks for this easy recipe. I added more seasonings for my taste and it was delicious!!

My soul got happy when my Mama mentioned making this. She’s the best! Nothing beats a good country staple. Typically this is breakfast, but it can also be dinner. The pattie’s (croquettes if you’re fancy) are crispy, rice fluffy, & biscuits homemade. So good! 🤤

Back when I travelled to Cincinnati, OH often for work, I loved this little place called Abigail Street. Such a great seasonal menu and it never disappointed. With the weather cooling down I’m craving this soup & the ambiance.

A few weeks ago on one of many many early morning Target runs, I stumbled upon the little cafe. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu & baked good sitting on the counter. Needless to say it’s become a weekly stop for breakfast. The bagels are delicious & everything is cooked fresh. When eating out I love to sample everything and the setup at is perfect for this! Every item I tasted was delicious and I even helped my self to seconds of a few things. The seasoning and spices on each item were delectable! I also love the name Fam…makes the place feel familiar.

After a long day at the pool, I hydrate with watermelon. I was so excited to see these at my local this weekend. When I was little we called it Yellow Meat watermelon. 🍉☀️

Overripe bananas always equal banana bread for me. In between meetings I made a quick banana bread with a crumb topping. My go to recipe is from because it requires one bowl and one fork. Ain’t nobody got time for too many dishes! 🤣 Happy Monday! This is perfect as a dessert or as breakfast with a coffee.

The things we do for family….my cousin came to visit and decided we should have an old school birthday party. Literally just me, her, & my mom. We had burgers, fries, & confetti sheet cake. 🤣 The only thing that’s missing were those little hug juices & party hats. Happy Friday!

Listen…this picture is not even near my best, but I’m proud! ☺️ It’s a rushed picture I took trying to hurry into my 8am meeting virtual meeting. I was hurt when my local was out of this delight! It’s literally tastes like a scoop of peach pie with icecream and caramel. Not to mention the crunch you get from the oat crisp that’s literally throughout the container. I’m in love with this stuff! 😍

After a month of happy eating from being newly engaged and crazy excited, I realized I needed a reset. I tried and found them to be a rewarding, tasty, and effective juice cleanse. I recently did a 3-day cleanse with them and was pleasantly surprised. I had no weight loss goal in mind, but instead just wanted to reset my body and feel less bloated. Those goals were definitely accomplished. The cool thing about is that you choose how long you want to cleanse! Literally it’s the easiest cleanse because you have control. Delivery: The juice delivered about 3 days from ordering. They arrived frozen, inside of a reusable and insulated tote. I simply sat them in the fridge to unthaw and was ready to begin my cleanse the next morning.

Take me back to this amazing brunch in the breezy California sunshine! This hidden gym is literally sitting in the mountains of Burbank, hence the name. The food and service were 5⭐️. Pro Tip: Ask for seating on or near the patio to enjoy the amazing view while you dine. 😉

Memphis in May is back and you know what that means…BBQ FEST!! Impromptu Girls Night!! 💃🏾Because most of friends love food just as much as I do, we’ve become the Queens of Appetizers. We literally want to try everything! The food and atmosphere on the patio of The Wknd in Memphis was just what we needed to socially distant hang. I’m looking forward to seeing more friends hopefully in the near future. It’s an all surf 🏄🏾♀️, no turf kinda day. I love warm lobster rolls and Mason’s did not disappoint. It was seasoned, juicy, & sitting in the a perfectly toasted roll. Such a nice treat while enjoying the breeze from the Inner Harbor. Man I love springtime! 🦞💐
