What calming down routines do you have for you little ones?

After bath time, we’ve started doing these 15 min fun yoga sessions. My 4 & 2 year old love them & it really calms down that witching hour of hyped energy!

Such a simple but effective routine for us & calms them down ready for bed.

I love being able to be apart of their bedtime routines 💛

In 2018 we travelled around Italy, visiting Rome,Florence & Venice.

It was completely captivating and beautiful

It’s been one of the best adventures we have experienced. I would love to do it again & stay for longer!

Bali 🌴

Another item ticked off the bucket list! We spent 2 weeks travelling around Bali!

This beach was just paradise in Bandung where we drank coconuts and sat and watched the sunset over dinner

Along with exploring the Gilli T islands, the monkey forest in Ubud and climbing the volcano mount Batur 🌋

Choose your time wisely ✨ I have always worked shift work, it has all I’ve ever known. I came into my career from doing the usual expected route of college, uni, and earn a degree of BSC honours. The NHS is all I’ve ever known. For the past 12 months since returning from my 2nd maternity leave I have put in so many extra hours in at work. I hardly left the place! Recently having to have some time off as I recovered from an op, this statement has been eye opening! The people you work shift in shift out were just that.
