Phil Hayes-St Clair is a girl dad, serial entrepreneur and educator. Over the last 20 years he has built and invested in companies across biotech and at-home healthcare, aerospace, media and e-commerce, most recently at Drop Bio Health where he is a Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director. Partnership-driven growth is a hallmark of each of these companies and today Phil’s practice, PHILHSC, helps in

dustry leaders to identify, design, optimise and reset strategic alliances to drive unexpected growth. He also supports team development with practical insights delivered weekly in his free Wednesday Partnership newsletter and the Partnership Plus podcast. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science from the Queensland University of Technology and an MBA from the University of New South Wales, Phil is a fierce advocate for women’s health, and a member of the International Menopause Society, the Australian Women's Health Alliance and is a Global Ambassador for Inspiring Rare Birds. He is also a TEDx speaker and an Adjunct Professor at the Australian Graduate of Management. Phil served in the Australian Army and has represented Australia on the men’s triathlon team.
