In 2016, Texas based songwriter and international troubadour Keegan McInroe was asked by an internet radio station to host a morning show that would air to European audiences. Unenthusiastic about doing five shows a week every morning, he decided on an hour long podcast, and he called this show “The Uncouth Pilgrim Podcast.”

In 2017, Fort Worth FM station 97.5 KTFW picked up the show, and in 2018

, the name was changed to The Keegan McInroe Radio Hour. In 2020, 97.5FM The Pirate went off the airwaves August 1, leaving The Keegan McInroe Radio Hour temporarily homeless...but new things are in the works...and the show will go on.
