I'm Paige or on social media!

I am a dairy herdsman in central MN. We have 150 milk milking cows where we utilize robotics and hard work to take care of our cows. We also have a farmstead creamery where 10% of the milk from our cows stays on farm and it gets transformed into cheese, check out Redhead Creamery LLC. The other 90% of our milk goes to Bongards Premium Cheese, our farmer owned Co-op.

Farming wasn't on my life bingo board growing up but life never really goes how we plan. I went to the University of Wisconsin- River Falls where I stepped into the world of agriculture and never looked back.

Seeing the cows grow from calves to milking cows is the ultimate reward of the job but farm tours and sharing agriculture story brings me joy everyday!

Sharing the story of farming and food has become a big passion of mine and I look forward to interacting with everyone and sharing that story! Have questions? See something that your like "wtf is that about?" let me know and we can break it down and learn together.

If I'm not at the farm I'm probably at my Crossfit gym or deep diving into my latest fantasy novel read. I also have a big passion for traveling which is hard to do as a farmer but hoping I can start to scratch that itch soon!
