K9 Ron of the Delran Township Police Department, NJ, is now officially protected! 🐾👮

We are proud to announce that K9 Ron has received a bullet and stab protective vest. This potentially life-saving equipment was made possible thanks to a charitable donation from Jennifer Holder of Cu***ng, GA.

The vest is embroidered with the sentiment: “Born to Love-Trained to Serve-Loyal Always”.

At Vested Interest in K9s, Inc., our mission is to provide these vital protective vests to dogs of law enforcement throughout the country. Since 2009, we have donated over 6,308 vests, but there are still many K9 heroes waiting for protection.

Today we got to train with some of our previously donated canines. It was nice to see the progress that K-9 Ron, Xenia, Valkyrie and Mobi have made. K-9 Stryker was also there putting in work in hopes of getting a job as a narcotics detection canine himself soon! Videos to come.

🐾K-9 Ron’s Christmas Wish!🐾

Now that Ron has his dream job and a loving home, all he wants for Christmas is to give other dogs the same chance at a new purpose.

This Giving Tuesday, help us make Ron's wish come true. Your donation transtorms a rescue dog into a hero by funding their transportation into our organization, veterinary care, equipment and food as they train to become working K-9s.
