🎉Celebrating 24 years of Fitness! 🍾

It just hit me today as the month is closing off...I have been "inside" the Fitness and Bodybuilding industry since 1998! 

Starting off at the age of 22, working and being mentored by a fitness legend Robert Kennedy.  Over my 8 years as VP at MuscleMag and Oxygen magazines I was truly fortunate to work with some very talented people. Those years helped build the foundation of what was to come.
 
In late 2005, I decided with the support of good friends and family to start a truly Canadian Fitness Publication So much I can say here about the past 16 years of IFM...but I will save that for another post.
 
I would like to take this opportunity to thank every single person who  has supported me over the years. I am very grateful.

I have been in a lot of photos over the years but this has to be one of the coolest. This rare image was taken at the 2012 and was set-up by the one and only
It’s not too often you can be in the same room with this many bodybuilding legends and have a photo to show for it. I am looking forward to getting out there again and rubbing elbows with all of my fitness friends in the future. I sure do miss the vibe and energy at the shows.
