USA INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERTS NEEDED!
Position details:
* Answer Inbound customer and merchant calls
* You must be able to provide customer support whilst following policies and procedures within a highly regulated environment

Requirements
* Matric
* Minimum one year customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills ( both written and verbal)
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to handle a fast paced environment
* Previous experience in banking or financial sector is extremely beneficial
