It's time for a change. Have you heard the news?

You can expect two major changes moving forward:

That's something I love about the Self Care Community!
This is a space where clinicians (and related professionals) can gather as both our professional AND personal selves. Together, we're able to acknowledge and work through the challenges of our professional lives, through the lens of our personal selves.

There are lots of awesome clinical application based resources and groups out there, but this Community is about keeping YOU in mind and balancing YOUR NEEDS as a person and clinician, too.
