Most people who follow this page know that in addition to my full time hoofcare career, I also run a hoof rehab facility here in Massachusetts. I regularly get messages and comments asking about our track systems here- everything from how we set up our tracks, to how wide they are, the surfacing we used, how we feed, what type of fencing we use, etc. A recent post I shared on this page had a short video of our gelding track, and I had another influx of questions about it, which made me think that a podcast episode about it may be helpful!

So who better to sit down with than my amazing husband, Vova, and talk about our trials and tribulations and tips and tricks in setting up and running a track system facility! We talk about everything from managing the land, to feeding, to some of our favorite cases that have come through here.

I need your help 🫶

I'm looking for track systems to feature in the magazine's regular segment ✨️ Tracks From Around The World ✨️. So, if you have a track system and would like to be featured, please get in touch with me!

Requirements:

🔹️A short sentence or two on where abouts your are in the world, how many acres or how long your track is and how many horses live on it.

🔹️3-5 photos of a decent quality showing areas of your track system.

I can't accept equicentrals unfortunately but minimal grass, dirt, unsurfaced or surfaced, small or large etc is completely fine.

EDITED TO CLARIFY: If you have an equicentral and want to be featured, I'm happy to include your photos as long as they are of the track system and not the paddocks.
