I really wanted to make a video about this thing called "solo travel" that I've had the privilege of doing a couple times in my life, and I was looking for a way to tell the story through the many people I shared the trip with. So I reached out to conduct interviews with 12 different solo backpackers I met around the world last year to understand why they travel alone, what they get out of it, the good, the bad, the bittersweet, and the lessons they learnt about life, loneliness, and travel along the way.

After almost 20 months of playing the waiting game, what have I learnt? Am I any wiser? Am I a better person? Is time just slipping through my fingers like a wet hot dog?
