Here’s a bit more about tonight‘s class called The Silver Surfer. This is a class where we will catch up energetically with everything that has happened in the last week. So if you are feeling exhausted, and one step behind this class is for you.
There will be eight journeys from a brand new pathway they’re calling a disk. It is the coolest thing! We will use the lions gate codes with a new alignment.
We will look around to see what has changed, it’s been quite a bit!
We will work with trees and the water.
Joy, freedom in the mind, and the release of panic and several other feelings and emotions.

Good morning! I am offering a free, live meditation journey tomorrow.

It feels important to do a live journey for everyone to come together with the Lyrans, lions, Sirians and Arcturians.

I choose the no fear Lane, my path ahead is straight. I picked Route 66 with a big, open sky above.

I was just waking up yesterday when this beautiful soul walked through. This is her message to someone who had sent me a question. But it’s for everybody.

“You worry. I get it. Others are having such a hard time with the outside noise. It’s like being inside of an accident. Dark night, lonely road, car crash, and then sirens, lights and activity all around. Sudden, scary and this is what sneaks up on people. 
You never know when the car crash will come.
Remember this, even if no one comes to help you, you have the ability inside yourself, (and some never learn this) it wasn’t taught to them by anyone, to look around you and find a stillness inside. This stillness can be outside of you, around you in nature, or deep within you in an untapped well. This calm oasis is yours if you look for it, and practice the steps to get there.
It’s the only way. Life does not promise. long stretches of perfect scenery. There will be cars broken up that you’ll pass by. Allow the accident its moment. Give it space by accepting that it happened but then keep on driving.
Drive at your own speed, with your own destinations in mind, always. Stop for gas and snacks regularly. Don’t spread that stuff thin, when you hear sirens maybe they are coming to help somebody, remember that.”

The August Sunday classes are up. This Sunday’s class, 4 August is called
“How Tall is the Wall?”  We work on opening the heart to growth in the form of leaving behind old patterns and ideals and what we couldn’t see. You are more than ready.
DNA, telomeres, the meridians, the vagus nerve and the nervous system will be our focus.
The Lyrans, White and Golden Lions, and the Sirians are our guides as we get ready for 8/8/8. Flexibility in all things.

Good for you, world! You are looking better, faster and much much, more open today! Do you feel it?
I took this photo is in the bathroom at the chiropractor‘s office. Mainly to make Missy laugh. Chiro told me for the three weeks straight that my back and neck is loosening up. The only thing I have done that is different has been my AOYE spinal adjustment.
Going to do a live this week, and I will add it in for everybody.

What a weekend! Are you on your feet yet? Right now is the first time that the energy of the average human is moving into a positive swing. That full moon and the Schumann resonance knitting itself into a little Afghan again. The many Sun flares, and the Capricorn of all of it.
My stomach felt like it swallowed the moon. It took me a while to wake up today.

Update: I was just shown by AA Michael a brand new platform called the 12 D pillar of stability in alignment.
A few days ago guides and higher self told me I would be receiving a new column of light. This is such an amazing feeling, sitting here, now, with no pressure on my head, feeling completely peaceful, and very grounded.
Luckily, I tried it out on Amaral! He was up for it! Works great, and he and I got to see the treat at the end!
So that will be added to class tonight.

Good morning to the Buck Full Moon!
I’ve been saving my Bee for just such an occasion. We have had a huge last couple of days energetically and today will be no different. 👁️👁️👁️👁️
Our class today is called Open Your Eyes and we will be working on your four eyes, your ears, and working towards better listening abilities.
We will work on the feelings and emotions around being trapped, tortured at the sword point and panic.
This is a smooth and easy, powerful heart centered class, to bring us to the lightbulb moment of letting go. The place where we have the ability to see what happened in a different way.

Ooooh he comin’… This is an update regarding the class this Sunday called
Open Your Eye.
 Leo aligns with star Sirius so it’s appropriate to talk about it a bit early. This is an eight year, so 8/8 will be powerful for manifestation, and so much more. Lionsgate! Let’s blow it out in July, so that we can take it in in August.
We’re still in Atlantean timing so we’ll be talking about a bunch of what I show a tidbit of tomorrow in my LIVE.
So if you’re interested about the class, watch the live.
At this moment it’s all quiet on the Eastern front, but the full moon will be rising soon.

We will be working on the energy of when will the next shoe drop????? We will be clearing that one out. I have a bunch of new techniques and they will be done in an easy little AOYE meditation.
This will be a short live.
Lulu is a lovely spokesmodel for grounding. I had photos come up yesterday from four years ago when we adopted her. She was so small and skinny. We didn’t know she had a secret. She fell right asleep on her daddy’s belly that night, trusting that she was home.

Class tomorrow is called Who Are You, Now? “I’m the captain, now!” You sure are!
We will be working with AM Serapis Bey and AM Hilarion in this all Atlantean class.
We will be further working on the spine and now the meridians.
Also, something new for the Nervous system and brain.
We’re going to do a round on listening and aspects.
This is time to have the courage to break free!
We’re going to do something called “five easy pieces” for easy, grounding, and easy other stuff. This is run by Archangel Michael.

Sending this post out tonight to mark this day that has yet to end, ha ha!
It’s almost like a mercury retrograde feeling with all the miscommunication that has happened between humans, computers, and anything else that wants to talk.
People might be having trouble hearing you. As if they’re having too much input and can’t sort it out.
Here is a small list of stuff that I’ve talked about today with people and it might help others.
This is a full diaper moment for the human.
Stuff might be disappearing and you may be having weird electronic issues. I have already shared about this today so I won’t share more but a bunch of stuff happened yesterday that may have brought it into play. Weather, etc.
I found myself asking people if they need to rest their head on the boobie for a moment or do they actually want to do something. Both things are good, and I applaud it all!
Seriously it’s a decision to make. Do you just want to be held or do you actually want to clear something out because now would be the time, if you did.
Three things to remember:
(This certainly isn’t advice. It’s just what’s come up for many and remember I am reminding myself.)
Listen as much as you can. Don’t leap to conclusions without looking first.
If you have some lower energy on you, ground and clear yourself BEFORE you release it. Get your energy up, attractor being that you are. Send that crud back to SOURCE.
Your DNA is changing and developing as is your light body. Things just feel weird.
 So take care of yourself and rest. You can do more later. And you’ll be more effective at that.

Prospector energy abounds as all dig for signs to prove up what they believe in. Your sign is the sunrise. It’s all you need for a place to set faith on a hard day.
Get your physical bodies prepared as a quality of light changes.

We are back in Blue Dog summer school, the only question is… What does the PAW say? The theme this month is working with Sirius, our spiritual Sun and ascension planet.
The class set up will be slightly different. The second six month’s set of classes will look different. Each month will contain a theme and build upon it. Each class stands alone but it’s time to change things up a bit.
In this Sunday’s class we travel with the power of the Sirian Stargate and New Moon.
We will work with our light body and DNA in gentle, guided journeys to help to emotionally process a sense of loss, anger, and overwhelm.
We will work with the rainbow ray and wolves.
Let’s dig out the thorn in our paw. Ask yourself, is there something deep down in that masks the next step? Or….
Are you feeling great right now? Then you are going to fly in this class. Remember, the blue column of light rises and grounds.

Good morning! Tomorrow’s class is called
Growth Spurt.
It’s about looking at the upgrades but smoothing things out, as well.
You may be feeling like holding back a bit right now. Taking it easy. You may be feeling fear and dread. You might be thinking about old ridicule that you have experienced. So let’s clear that out along with the stomach and third chakra.
What we have focused on and what might be rattling around in our minds may not be our truest truth.
There’s more but I will know what it is tomorrow. It will be as full a class as the last few. June was huge! Let’s label June as a deep process. Anything else keeps us stuck.

Whoa doggies! I just had a pretty amazing thing happen. I was reminded of a decree I wrote in another lifetime, and I said it together with some of my favorite guides.
I declared:
“I am free,
I am loved,
I am the Sun, Earth, stars, and Nature, a perfect part of the whole. (We all are.)
I join together with my soul’s own family to create a living paradise.”
From Mary, universal Angel:
“The trinity has opened. Describe, as it is possible for all today.”
One of my early symbols is the blue triangle. It often shows up with Jesus, Mary and Mary Magdalene. Nicola Tesla.
They put me within the center and I spun and rose up. I came back down, activated.
So I have been working towards this for a while, this has been a definite whoop!
One of my dear ones asked me how I define an upgrade Vs a level up. I said it a level up is how we work it. An upgrade is when they sn**ch you and you work it together.
I totally got sn**ched by some amazing family and it was wonderful on this day Solstice 2024.
Expect miracles and you will see them.

It’s summer solstice eve!
We’ve had a huge growth spurt. Imagine a puppy that is long legged, gangly, and clumsy. That’s us right now! 
What are we to do with ourselves?
I’m loving this early summer feeling. New flowers blooming and the heat is here.
My class this weekend has us working with Nature and the Devas.
We will work with a pyramid that can teach us much about looking deep inside ourselves. Last week’s class triggered physical healing, and this week I’ve had signs of it myself. We will be working with ridicule and confusion.
Speaking to a member of the nature collective, I was offered a clue to spend time feeling in more when walking amongst the trees in my neighborhood. She says healing spaces are made known. This is a for sure, I’ve heard them and seen them. She now wants me to feel further into them.
I believe there is going to be an ENTMOOT in my neighborhood! 🌳🌼🌝🌈🌪️

Good morning. I am listening to messages for my class this morning. Today we are working on physical healing at the cellular level. Original trauma, boundaries, your father, fighting yourself.
We have three guides today and one of them is Master Hilarion.
I do not recall channeling him before, though I have sat in meditation with him as one of the guides present. He is the chohan of the fifth ray, the green ray and the flame of truth. 
Ascended Master Hilarion:
”Work with me now as I show you a path. I am a healer of the body, mind and soul. My remedy comes through acceptance of who you are. Otherwise, all your life is a struggle. Come to the realization that no matter what you were told or have seen, if it doesn’t match what is in your heart and true for you, it will be a mirage. 
Life would then be a constant battle to attain something that is meaningless to you. True healing is simple. Match the inside with outside, done! Now it is possible and so much easier without pressure over Earth.
If you are exhausted, rest yourself, and then try again. Do not lose hope as it is a brand new experience, a new playing field now. Clear the pressure put upon yourself by asking the question, what do I want now?
For right now, that is the only question. Others around you are charged with doing the same, if they are listing. There are fewer puppeteers, but puppets must let go of the strings at the same time.
The lion’s cage door is open.
Sometimes it takes time for the lion to realize it is free.”

“What is God/Source/Creator?
What is prayer?”
This was our breakfast conversation yesterday. This is what I love the most about Thom. He will chat.
The other day he spoke for fifteen minutes on Atari and another time at least 15 minutes about Whitesnake’s (the band) evolution.
After being together for 8 years I think we are still, at least, mildly interested in having a conversation with each other. Anywhoooo…
I was never taught how to pray. I know a bit about energy and I’m listening.
Turns out Creator, trees, ancestors are listening, too. I had to learn to be quiet to hear. I had to forgive.
