Sick of being sick!

Hi! My name is Denise, and in January 2019, I decided to hop on the elderberry bandwagon since my toddler was sick for the second time this month.

For those of you that are not aware, there have been many claims that elderberries have natural antioxidant and antiviral benefits that can boost the immune system, help relieve cold and flu symptoms, fight off other respiratory infections, reduce inflammation, clear acne, and many other health benefits!

For me, I was just tired of having a sick household, so I went to Target to look for over the counter options that contained elderberries. I was happy to find multiple options, even gummy's for the little ones! Unfortunately, when I turned the bottles around to read the ingredients, there was a ton of added crap, including Corn Syrup! YUCK!

So I opted for a homemade NATURAL option, elderberry syrup, consisting of filtered water, elderberries, local honey, and some spices. I was seriously blown away with how quickly I saw an improvement in my son’s cold! It was amazing, and thankfully it is yummy, so he loves to take each dose!
