🦊Put more focus on rest so I can spend quality, present time ENJOYING my career and being intentional with my family.
🦊Do less overthinking and more doing the hard work. (Business and exercise)
🦊Start French lessons, because I want to be a better coach to the amazing kids in our rugby team.

I know it won’t be easy, but I am ready for the challenge. And I hope you'll stick around to see the results!

One business lesson I learned the hard way is that you don't have to do it alone!

I thought I needed to be like all the other Instagram business women...look great, be the perfect mom, talk on camera, make 7 figures, go to parties looking like a fashion model, accounts, sales, content creator, editor...the list goes on.

Slowly I noticed the reality and a few honest business owners talking about how they outsource that it CLICKED...they had help!

So I got help. It started with accounts ( I really don't like paperwork) and slowly I got the things done that I really wanted to...the things that moved the needle in my business.

Even though I wish I’d known before starting my business, I probably wouldn’t have listened anyway.
