I am writing this open letter to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the unjust practices of MTN Nigeria. As a loyal customer, I recently attempted to subscribe for data, only to be met with a blatant disregard for fairness and transparency.
Despite my subscription, I was unjustly surcharged without receiving the data I paid for. This is not only a breach of trust but also a clear violation of consumer rights.
In my attempts to seek resolution, I have repeatedly contacted MTN Nigeria's customer care lines, only to be met with evasive responses and no meaningful explanation. It is unacceptable that a company of such stature would treat its customers with such disdain and disregard for accountability.
Furthermore, I have taken the initiative to record my conversations with one of your customer care managers, capturing evidence of the incompetence and lack of accountability within your organization.
MTN Nigeria, it is time to acknowledge the grievances of your customers and take immediate action to rectify these unjust practices. Your actions not only undermine consumer confidence but also tarnish the reputation of your brand.
I urge you to address these issues promptly and transparently, and to prioritize the fair treatment of your customers above all else. Anything short of this would only further confirm the disregard you have shown towards those who sustain your business.
