In general, make sure you're getting treatment first or that you really know OCD's tricks, because spiraling can take many forms. One of those ways can be thinking the answer is "out there" and someone else has figured it out and can give you The Answer. Often, this is an indirect way to seek reassurance and can cause more distrust within yourself.
However, finding pages that you connect with that give helpful tips and tools can make you feel less alone and hopeful. Just be sure you're cautious. Sometimes, social media pages/figures have good intentions, but if they're telling you that one supplement or diet trick will cure your anxiety, or if they're selling something (a product/class) with little other content out there, beware. Also, sometimes there's Facebook Groups that are created with good intentions, but end up being terrible traps of reassurance seeking and can grow the OCD cycle and anxiety without you even realizing it.
