I was at Cecil Whitakers in imperial earlier I ordered wings and pizza through the online option because it’s apparently very hard for them to awnser phone couldn’t get through after a hour of waiting for my food drove up there to find out not one person made my food or checked to see that a order was placed nobody at the counter so I see the back door open through the kitchen I walk around back to witness everybody sitting there high smoking w**d outside shooting fireworks off and the supposed manger with long hair told me to go back around and someone would be with me this is disrespectful and poor customer service he asked me what I ordered and said oh our computer guy isn’t here to run them wtf ? So he literally walks into the freezer and grabs a handful of wings out with no gloves or anything and he reeks like w**d I said seriously can’t put gloves on ? He like want your food or not I said nope refund my money he goes what ever refunds me and says your phone number is banned don’t come back somebody needs to get health department or somebody to shut them down
